Before your first visit, please read the following important details to ensure a smooth experience: Appointment Expectations: 1. Complete Your Intake Forms: After booking, follow the confirmation link to complete any relevant forms for your service. When in doubt, fill out the General Consent Form. Please note, many forms request photography consent. 2. Photo/Video Consent: Toy documents your journey with before, during, and after photos/videos. These help showcase your progress and may be used for marketing or education purposes. 3. Credit Card Policy: A valid credit card is required on file for incidentals. You can pay with a different method at your appointment, but cancellations or no-shows will be charged as follows: • 25-24 Hours Notice: 50% of service cost • Less Than 12 Hours or No-Show: 100% of service cost Please note, cancellation fees don’t apply to future services unless a new appointment is scheduled within 48 business hours of the missed one (subject to Toy’s availability). Cancellation Policy
I charge 50% of total Service total if appointments are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, and 100% of Service total if cancelled same day (less than 23 hours) and for no-call/no-show. Payment does not cover new appointments.
